Kohl’s is one of my favorite stores to shop for and have a great selection in store and online. Prices are reasonable and I like the coupons and kohl’s cash.

This app is always so slow! It is very buggy and hard to get to what you want. The updates don’t seem to improve anything…

Good luck getting your order within a week. Slowest shipping ever. I’ll shop elsewhere from now on. You disappointed me, Kohls!

So easy to navigate !

I do not like the new store . It looks Kihei TJMax. I used to love my shopping in Kohls,never left there without a bag full of sales using kohls cash, rewards, and the best sales. Now I go in and walk out with nothing, I even find it hard to find something using my 30%. I have been a VP customer for many years, I am sad about the changes in Kohls

Sometimes confusing, simple is the way to go, faster and I think more people would stay on your site

Every time I try to click on my cart to save things for later it’s very slow and glitches really bad. It takes forever to load and the app freezes up.

I could not cancel an order where the app sent me to 40 miles away to pick up an order.

This was a great app once. It now lags so much that it’s unbearable. I am dosing off when I’m removing items from my cart while waiting for the page to refresh. Some please fix this. I have a strong fiber network connection and plenty of free space on my phone . I have closed any high energy consuming apps. To add - none of my other apps are this slow!

Why are some departments always a mess (clearance shoes) ! Some areas are like that every time I shop! I couldn’t even match two shoes or find the box they Come in !

Used to shop Kohl’s app/online too often and for the last year or more their app is absolutely horrible. The app is very laggy and the shopping cart is glitchy and I can’t easily remove or modify items which is very frustrating. It’s so aggravating that I barely bother to shop kohl’s anymore unless there’s something particular I need. Also, their coupons don’t work on so many things now and their prices have gone up and sales aren’t great either like they used to be. Are they purposely trying to lose customers? Also, bring back curbside pickup and ditch sephora.

Every item I scan when in store says it's out of stock in all sizes and colors. Is this an issue with my app?

Yea kohls can’t get it together. I no longer shop there.

The new update makes it to where anything you scan in store it says “out of stock.”

The kohl’s app no longer scans certain items in store giving errors and all the stores I go to no longer have the self scanners I hope they fix this soon.

Husband and I went to Kohls to grab some jeans. I had a coupon for $10 off when spending over $25. We applied it, cashier scanned it but then he paid and the system removed the coupon without notice and charged him the full amount because his card was used and not mine. Kohls is scamming you.

Kohl’s has so many options in their clothes and you can definitely find so many sizes and so many different varieties and colors in that specific clothing you want!! if you’re looking for a company in a store that has many sizes many varieties and very outstanding features specified for your body type, definitely go to Kohl’s.!!!

I use the Kohl’s app often and I shop online often even though there are two stores close by. I love Kohl’s and I love shopping in the stores but even more I love the convenience of online and the app is fabulous.

I love shopping at Kohl’s! I’m there all the time! I love getting Kohl’s cash to spend! Plus if it land with Kohl’s cash AND a 40% off coupon! Marvelous! Just wish EVERYTHING was coupon eligible! I’d buy so much more stuff that way!!! Lol

The app makes shopping and credit card management so simple!!

Kohls app was very easy to navigate and very helpful in determine prices. I also like the free shipping when in store in case product present only online. One suggestion was inventory was not so accurate on jewelry items as I see product not available but it’s still in stock and so inventory was not very accurate. As a app, it was so great with easy to navigate

Do not get a kohls card if you don’t have one. They changed to capitol one and it has been a disaster. I’ll be paying it off and done with kohls completely after a lifetime of going there.

I really like getting coupons n Kohl’s cash too! Always like a good sale!

I’ve used the Kohl’s app for years but recent changes have left me frustrated. The images of items are smaller than before in both search result listings and after selecting a specific item. I’ve noticed the newer format is requiring too much of my time to select and enlarge images in order to feel confident about what I might like to purchase. Because of this, I’m using the app less and buying less.

Thank you for fixing the gift card issue with deleting multiple gift cards after using them!!! There is just one slight issue with the giftcard barcodes in the app. Some giftcards in the app can’t be scanned at checkout. Sometimes the cashier has to manually enter the numbers in which is time consuming.

I enjoy shopping online as there is so much to choose from! Unfortunately, the app tends to freeze and there are problems when strolling. Also, I wish we were able to see other colors without actually opening the item (which is a feature on other sites).

I get my order all together. It tells me I’m gonna have $50 on my rewards. It came back with $15. Make that make sense to me on almost $300.

This app is so easy to manage your Kohl’s cash and coupons. When you have a kohls card and you’re about to check out you don’t need the card it’s on the app!

Easy price scanning. Wallet portion is well organized and easy to find everything for checkout. Online shopping through the app is also pretty easy.

This app does not let you see in store purchases which is helpful for returns. I purchase kids clothes at various stores and like to go in the app and see what I purchased at a store. Kohls only lets me see online purchases that were shipped or picked up in store. My kohls charge card is not easily viewable either- have to go through a few clicks and links to get to it. Kohls is always a few steps behind other similar stores with their app…

I had to return two dresses. I didn’t have my receipt. Charlene handled it like a pro. Thank you for hiring people who care. Kohl’s is my go to store.

The app works great. I’ve ordered several times and it works well almost every time. The one issue has been that I ordered Big & Tall Cuddl Duds SHORT Sleeve Crewneck Shirts in black and navy THREE times because they kept sending me the LONG sleeve version of the shirts. The last time, when I returned the shirts to the local Kohl’s, the customer service rep scanned the UPC on the LONG sleeve shirt and it showed on the register that it was a SHORT sleeve. I’m seriously discouraged that there doesn’t seem to be a way to get the shirts I want. This would be a five star review if not for this problem.

I agree 100 percent with the review given here. The ap prevents me from purchasing at Kohl’s. Is your store treating your customers in this pitiful manner? Will the store also not allow us to enter ? Good grief what a way to do business. Don’t want your little ap, not worth my effort. !

I love being an employee at Kohl’s in Alexandria, Minnesota. The staff and the administration I work with are exceptional. They light up my life. And what an enjoyment to meet the customers and talk a bit with them. The days I work, I can’t wait to get there. I pray for great success for Alexandria, Minnesota Kohls. I will say on purchases done online does not show everything like if you earned Kohl’s cash or if you got a discount if you are looking up previous purchases

Just wish I could sort the Juniors from the Women’s items. No matter what I do, they are always included, even when I don’t specifically select “Juniors” but do select “Women’s.”

The newest app updates are horrible, the coupon information is GONE, the layout is changed for no apparent reason & the whole thing looks worse than it did, I wonder if they bothered to fix the horrible jumping, when your trying to scroll down search results? (Speaking of which the search thing always needed work too). & since I’m here, I might as well mention the store changes are also awful! They made them look like so resale place but they can’t compete with the resale prices! It’s really bad! I just saw something they have priced at $75 & it’s under $20 every where else, & that’s normal lately! I think they are making a lot of mistakes & if they don’t fix then they will be gone!

It took them a long while, but I think they finally got the app right! Searching is smoother, can finally click on the brand and it auto-searches everything made by them, can see what stores have it and put in cart even when online is out of stock (previously only browser was able to do this), barcode reader is finally working great! This used to be one of my worst apps to shop with and I dreaded it in the beginning, but whatever improvements they’re doing now look awesome and are what I’m expecting to find in using the app. Thank you and keep up the great work and improvements, Kohls! :)
